Who are we?
Chalky
Whites is an established family run business which has been trading for 25
years, we offer a complete car care service from tyres and exhausts to
servicing and MOT's.
We believe our success in this very competitive market is based on skilled
workmanship, fast turnaround and a focus on customer service.
The
majority of our trade comes from repeat business from the people we have
built up a relationship with over the years, and have remained loyal to us
throughout. We also recognise the reputation some garages have in dealing
with women and we have adopted an approach, which appears to have gained the
trust of female motorists. (70% of our customer base is female).
Our
approach has helped Chalky White's accreditation with the RMI (Retail Motor
Industry); this is the recognised body of fair- trading within the motoring
industry. Members are continuously monitored by mystery motorists who
examine every area of the service provided and award accreditation on that
basis. Since becoming members we have passed on every level.
Our
future aim is to expand and increase our customer base and trade accounts
who include Wayside Leasing, CD Bramall and Toyota.
What do
we do?
We are a fast fit station for tyres & exhausts. We also do MOT's, servicing,
brakes, clutches and anything else your car may require.
June
Srivalsan bought the business 5 years ago after receiving poor treatment
herself from other service centres. She and her friendly staff have now
built a first rate rapport with her customers in Milton Keynes.
At
Chalky Whites all the staff are trained to put the customer first and
provide clear explanation and advice where required.
